Management through theGuard! ApplicationManager
Automated Operation
theGuard! ApplicationManager supports a wide range of responses that allow automated correction of systems without any manual intervention. If an error cannot be corrected automatically, rapid and automated notification of respective experts is a key feature. This requires time-based consideration of organizational frameworks such as shift operation or contactability by means of desktops or mobile devices.

theGuard! CommCenter: responses and alerts

theGuard! CommCenter is a server application employed by all theGuard! System Management Suite products for a secure, reliable and traceable dispatch of responses and alerts. theGuard! CommCenter offers its own interface for general device configuration, for testing purposes and for logging. The server can be configured redundantly in order to enhance security and to distribute the load evenly.

theGuard! CommCenter is directly integrated into the respective products through plug-ins, which permits fast configuration of reactions directly through the central console.

In addition to event-triggered responses, automated, time-triggered responses (periodically or through a calender) can be caried out as well.

It supports more than 120 different cascaded and parallel responses including escalation scenarios and shift operation requirements.
