Our objective is to provide the best possible support for every phase of the planning project in order to create a holistic and fully integrated solution with SAP BI Integrated Planning that can be quickly implemented. Additionally, we will support you in the transition from using SAP BW-BPS to build planning applications to using SAP BI Integrated Planning.
When implementing planning applications, our initial focus is placed on the analysis and survey of existing planning processes. Based on this, we will then develop the corresponding optimization approaches. Afterwards, we will create an overall concept for the planning network and its individual planning templates and features. Your planning process will be supported by workflows and status messages and can be mapped in a overall planning application using SAP BI Integrated Planning. The Integrated Planning is based on the reliable and valid information contained in SAP Business Intelligence. The corresponding applications can be easily and intuitively operated via Excel- and Web-based user interfaces.
By breaking down the mapping of the entire planning process into different phases, your planning processes can be designed in a more effective and transparent manner that leaves room for your company-specific requirements.
