Consolidation phase
The first phase serves the purpose of consolidating existing infrastructures and creates a solid and secure basis for a SAP NetWeaver master plan tailored to meet your company's requirements. The REALTECH SAP NetWeaver Readiness Check offers a solid basis for the consolidation phase.

Experimental phase
During the experimental phase, a test environment is created in which we will familiarize you with the possibilities and functions of SAP NetWeaver.

Pilot project
During the pilot project, the SAP NetWeaver infrastructure on which the first business processes are mapped as a pilot is built.

Project phase
During the project phase, we will cooperate with you to gradually implement the remaining business processes on the new SAP NetWeaver platform based on the jointly developed master plan.
