Management Cockpit

Management needs reliable information on the current situation in the company and in the market. Additionally, future developments should be captured using statistical tools such as projections and trends. Information becomes a valuable asset and gives you a competitive edge.

In most companies, information is not available at the click of a button, but has to be assembled from a variety of systems. Often, this information then has to be processed in Excel which can take weeks or even months.
The Management Cockpit can fix that!

What is the Management Cockpit?

The Management Cockpit allows for the display of summarized information in a certain format. This is achieved through the simple, aggregated display of performance indicators and easy-to-understand diagrams for the strategic planning and management of the company.

This speeds up the decision-making process. Additionally, decision makers benefit from the possibility of making better, faster and more informed decisions.

Our approach

We are currently focusing on the instruments available on the SAP standard. As illustrated in the REALTECH BCI Four Phase Model, we will start by documenting and analyzing the current situation and developing an optimization approach. Following the implementation of a prototype (optional), the actual savings potential can be realized by introducing the solution that was developed in the company. The company's strategic objectives are relevant to any decision made throughout the entire process.
