Walldorf, February 25, 2010. At the Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held in Wiesloch on May 21, 2010, the Executive and Supervisory Boards of REALTECH AG will propose distributing a dividend of 50 euro-cents per share for the net profit recorded for fiscal year 2009. The two committees made this decision on February 25, 2010.
The decision is based on the sound economic situation of REALTECH AG and the positive view for fiscal year 2010 mentioned in the ad hoc announcement of February 22, 2010.
