In their meeting on November 29, 2007, the Executive Board and the Advisory Board of REALTECH AG, Walldorf, have resolved to propose in the next ordinary shareholders meeting, which is planned to take place on May 29, 2008, a special distribution of funds from capital reserves in the amount of EUR 4.00 per share to the shareholders.
