REALTECH system consulting GmbH is founded in Walldorf, Germany by Markus Adam, Daniele Di Croce, Rainer Schmidt and Peter Stier. The company opens its headquarters in the Otto-Hahn-Strasse.

1995

First large contract for technical R/3 consulting. REALTECH opens its first international office in the summer of 1995: REALTECH Inc. in Delaware, USA. REALTECH has 17 employees.

1996

REALTECH increases its international presence with the opening of REALTECH Italia S.r.l. in Monza, Italy.
REALTECH has 50 employees.
